United Van Lines does have the ability to utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Not only does this help save the environment by utilizing less printing, it can substantially reduce the time it takes you to get your paperwork, prevent the loss of documents in the mail, etc.
2. Who owns United Van Lines?
United Van Lines has an ownership structure that ensures that your best interest, as our customer, is always in mind. Our company is owned by its agents. Within the group of our agent owners, there are 18 members that serve as Board of Directors setting the policy and direction of the company. This structure ensures that every decision made that impacts our customers is not set by outside investors, but instead by individuals in the moving business that have the best interest of you in mind...after all, you are their customers as well.

Yes you can. With our shipment tracking you have the ability to check-in on any of your employees' shipments to see exactly where they are at. Additionally, we provide your employee access with their last name and order number so he or she can track their personal shipment.
